HIRE RATES & PAYMENT DETAILS

Hourly Fees

Below you will find the hourly rates charged for the main hall and for the Cromwell Suite (meeting room). These rates are effective for all booking enquiries made from 1st February 2023.

Once a booking has been confirmed you will be required to immediately pay a refundable booking deposit. The hire fee is payable no later than 14 days before your event.

Refundable Deposit

The refundable deposit covers late cancellations, repairs for damage and any additional cleaning costs, and will be returned within 14 days of the event, subject to satisfactory inspection of the Village Hall. For late cancellations (within 14 days of the hire date) the refund will be the lesser of £50 or the “hire charge”.
