BOOKING ENQUIRY FORM

To book your event you need to complete a booking enquiry form. The booking officer will then check availability and ask for your deposit to be paid. You MUST allow enough time for setting up and clearing away to ensure you do not clash with another booking (e.g. setup and dismantling of a bouncy castle, decorating the hall, clearing away tables/chairs, sweeping the floor, etc.).

Note: Your booking is not confirmed until the booking officer has accepted your booking request and the deposit has been paid.
